These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of wasteregulators.com (the “Site”), operated by GLD Construction Services, Inc, doing business as Waste Regulators (“Waste Regulators,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site or submitting a form on it, you agree to these Terms.
Our services and your Account Agreement
We provide roll-off dumpster, dumpster bag and portable toilet service in Northeast Florida. Dumpster and dumpster bag service is governed by our Account Agreement, and portable toilet service by our Portable Restroom Service Agreement. If these Terms and the applicable agreement conflict about a service, the agreement controls.
Quotes
Quote requests submitted on the Site are requests for pricing, not orders. Quotes are based on the information you provide and are confirmed by our team. Final pricing can change if the project details differ, for example the dumpster size, weight or type of material, placement, service length, or landfill charges for items such as mattresses, appliances and tires.
Orders and scheduling
- An order submitted on the Site is a request for service. It is scheduled only after we review it and confirm it with you by phone or email.
- New customers must sign the applicable service agreement before we can place an order on the schedule. You can sign it online as part of the order form.
- Delivery dates and times are requested, not guaranteed. Weather, site access and other conditions can affect timing, and we’ll keep you informed.
- You are responsible for making sure the information you provide, including the service address and placement instructions, is accurate, and that you have permission to place a dumpster or portable toilets at that location.
Service area and surcharges
We serve Duval, St. Johns, Clay, Putnam and Nassau counties. A fuel surcharge may apply to service in Nassau County and to locations at the edge of our service area. The address check on the Site is a guide only; we confirm service availability with every order.
Payment
- Once your account is set up in our system, you’ll get access to our client portal, where you can view and pay invoices and save a card or bank account (ACH) on file.
- If you choose to keep a card or bank account on file, you authorize us to charge it automatically for services on your account, as described in the payment agreement on the order form and in the Account Agreement.
- ACH payments made online have no fee. Card payments include a processing fee.
- If you pay by check, payment is due on or before the invoice due date.
Materials and use of equipment
Hazardous and prohibited materials may not be placed in our dumpsters, dumpster bags or portable toilets. The full list of prohibited materials, your responsibilities for our equipment while it is on your property, and related charges are set out in the Account Agreement and on our service pages.
Using the Site
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false information, interfering with its operation, attempting to access it without authorization, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
Site content
The text, photos, graphics and logos on the Site belong to Waste Regulators or are used with permission, and may not be copied for commercial use without our written permission. Information on the Site, including dumpster size guidance and blog articles, is general information and may not fit every project. Contact us for advice about your specific project.
Third-party services
The Site links to and uses third-party services, such as our client portal for billing and Google Maps Platform for address suggestions. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those services, and their own terms apply.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Waste Regulators is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our responsibilities for services we provide are set out in the Account Agreement.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute relating to the Site will be handled in the state courts located in Duval County, Florida.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
